The temperature sensor agent in the temperature sensor package has leaked out; if the contact point can be closed, take the temperature sensor package out of the water, and place it in an ultra-low temperature environment for a period of time, and the contact point is broken again, indicating that the temperature control range of the temperature controller is unreasonable. You can correct it by adjusting the adjustment screw of the temperature range and turn it in the opposite direction.

After turning the temperature sensor knob forward and backward several times, use the digital multimeter R×1 to measure the two terminal blocks where the temperature controller is connected. If the resistance is small, it indicates that the contact point is normal; if the resistance is very large, it indicates that the contact point is in poor contact.

After the temperature sensor contact is stuck due to ignition, the contact cannot be disconnected actively and the compressor cannot be shut down. If it is kept on, it indicates that the contact is stuck. You can use a straight screwdriver to turn the mechanical device to force the contact to break; if the contact can be disconnected, the temperature control range of the temperature controller in Table H is slightly lower, and the temperature control range adjustment screw can be adjusted clockwise.

Put the temperature sensor package in the refrigerator (5-10℃) of a double-door household refrigerator and measure whether the two wire terminals of the temperature controller are broken.

The contact point is in poor contact or burnt, resulting in the circuit being inoperable; the contact point is constantly moving, arcing, and sticking, resulting in the circuit being inoperable; the temperature sensor agent in the temperature sensor cavity leaks, resulting in the contact point being inoperable and losing the actual control effect, etc.
