If you want to measure the true temperature of an object, you must adjust the emissivity of the material surface. The emissivity of the material surface depends not only on temperature and wavelength, but also on surface conditions, coatings, and external economic structures, so it is difficult to measure accurately. In automated production, radiation temperature measurement is often required to accurately measure or control the surface temperature of some objects, such as the cold-rolled steel strip temperature, hot-rolled steel strip temperature, cast steel temperature, and the temperature of various molten metal materials in melting furnaces or tongs in the metallurgical industry. In these specific cases, it is very difficult to accurately measure the emissivity of the object surface.
