1. Before installation, you must first assess the overall condition of the motor protector, check whether there is any damage, and whether any parts are intact. Carefully read the product installation instructions, pay attention to the working standards, wiring methods and protective functions of the protector, and then adjust the route and installation method of the installation site.

2. Determine whether the cable diameter connector on site can smoothly pass through the wiring hole of the protective device. If not, it is necessary to equip the corresponding external voltage transformer.

3. The parameters such as the precision and current ratio of the voltage transformer used in conjunction need to be appropriate. When the electric shock accident volume of the protective device cannot reach the volume required by the AC contactor in the control circuit, a small relay must be added for additional control.

4. The installation and fixing position of the motor protector should be selected in a place that is convenient for installation, adjustment and observation.

5. The installation and operation personnel must be professional personnel, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to operate casually.
