Temperature controller for hot and cold dual use: use the same temperature sensor bellows to control the heat and cold. Its operation and inspection method are basically the same as those of ordinary temperature controllers, but it should be noted that it is also necessary to check whether the cold and warm switching positions are flexible, that is, the cooling compressor power circuit should be connected when in the cooling position, and the electric heating device power circuit should be connected when in the heating position. The temperature controller used in the electric heating air conditioner has two sets of contact points (cold contact points and hot contact points) in the contact point control box.

When calibrating the temperature of the thermostatic switch, do not open the oven door. Instead, turn off the power and let the oven temperature drop slowly and naturally. Observe whether the temperature control switch is calibrated. The above test results can only be qualitative. The error of the resistance thermometer is generally 31.5°C. Taking the effective error in the detection process into full consideration, the error of the test result is effective within 3-4°C. In addition, the temperature gauge on the oven can only be used to monitor and set the temperature, and cannot be used to read the temperature.
