1. When the wire sheet metal is bent, it is necessary to bend the component sheet metal more than 6mm from the root of the spacing; when bending the sheet metal, the root and the wire must not be damaged, and the wire must not be forcibly stretched, pressed, or twisted.

2. When the thermal fuse is fixed by screws, rivets or terminals, it should be able to avoid the occurrence of poor contact due to mechanical stress relaxation.

3. The connecting components should be able to work reliably within the working range of the appliance and should not be displaced due to vibration or impact.

4. When welding wires, the heating environment humidity should be limited within the range. Be careful not to add high temperature to the heat-melting element; do not forcibly stretch, press, or twist the heat-melting element and wires; after welding, cool them down for more than 30 seconds immediately.

5. Thermal cutouts should only be used under the required rated current, current and specific temperature conditions, especially the maximum continuous temperature that the thermal cutout can withstand. Note: The tolerance current, wire length and temperature can be designed according to customer's requirements.
