The structure design is simple, consisting of a strip-shaped high-sensitivity bimetallic element, a moving contact, a static contact piece, a temperature-resistant wire, etc. When the electrical appliance is heated for some reason and the temperature rises to the rated operating temperature of the product, the bimetallic element will generate internal stress due to the heat and will act quickly. The protection function can cut off the power supply in two ways: normally open and normally closed, thereby playing an overheating protection role. Due to the use of a metal shell, the KW protector has a stronger mechanical strength and can be covered with an insulating sheath to insulate the metal parts of the motor.
