Immersion cooling equipment development
07/11/2024In conjunction with large supercomputer systems, a cooling plug-in design is adopted to encapsulate high-power computing circuits in the plug-in box, which is blind-plugged and automatically connected to water (coolant) and electricity (including power supply and communication). The cooling state is 80 groups of parallel two-phase immersion, the electrical state supports hot plugging, and CAN communication automatically forms a network.
