Product Overview
KW exhaust thermostat is a kind of bimetal with constant temperature as the sensitive element. When the temperature rises, the heat generated is transferred to the bimetal, and it will act quickly when it reaches the rated operating temperature, disconnect the contact and cut off the circuit; When the temperature drops to the preset reset temperature setting value, the bimetallic strip quickly recovers, closes the contact, and connects the circuit.
The KW exhaust thermostat includes a shell and a base, a terminal, a static contact assembly and a moving contact assembly, a pressure head and a heating plate. The shell and the base are hermetically connected, and the two terminals are sealed and fixed on the base through an insulator. And its one end extends to the outside. The static contact assembly includes a conductive sheet fixed on the inner side of the terminal and a static contact connected to the conductive sheet. The movable contact assembly includes a heat-sensitive board and is connected to the heat-sensitive board and is connected to the static contact. The movable contact corresponding to the head, one end of the heating plate is welded to the side of the base, and crosses the moving and static contacts, and the other end is connected to the base through an insulator, close to the side of the insulator, the heating plate It is fixedly connected to one side of the heat-sensitive board, and the bottom surface of the indenter fixed on the inner side of the shell is provided with an insulator, and the center line of the indenter coincides with the center line of the dynamic and static contacts.
