Design Principle
The Ainuo garbage machine protector is equipped with a snap-type bimetallic plate, which has contacts on the upper end and can pass current. If there is an overheating condition, the current passing through the Ainol metal sheet will have a heating effect, and the influence of the motor heat will cause the temperature of the bimetal sheet to rise.
When the bimetallic strip reaches the calibration set point, the Aino protector will automatically cut off the power, and the button will automatically rise under the force of the spring, and it will be stuck between the two contacts, making the protector unable to reset automatically.
When the motor cools to the allowable operating temperature, manually press the button to restart the motor.
Why do we need to protect the motor?
Overheating of the motor insulation will cause the dielectric strength to decrease, and further cause damage or failure of the motor insulation. For the following situations that cause the motor to overheat, Aino protectors can be used to provide protection:
Long-term overload operation
Stalled-a mechanical/electrical start failure occurred
Line low voltage
High ambient temperature and insufficient ventilation
Approximate value-only used to select motor verification test samples
